TOP   NPKs

RNZ produces over 400 different NPK grades which can be fully customized as per user needs. RNZ ensures the raw materials we use are very low in chlorides/ sulphates/ sodium content. We also ensure the heavy metal contents like Arsenic, Lead, Chromium, Mercury & Cadmium are less than 1PPM.

Crystalline, fully water soluble NPK fertilizers are specially developed for Fertigation and Foliar application which are enriched with magnesium and various micronutrients. The wide range of products provide complete plant nutrition scheme throughout the crop cycle.

TOP  RNZ Mono Ammonium Phosphate - NH4H2PO4 (MAP) 12-61-00

MAP is a fully water-soluble fertilizer, a highly efficient source of phosphorus and nitrogen for plants. MAP is recommended for use at the beginning growth stage of the crop, because phosphorus availability is crucial for the establishment of root system. MAP can supply high quality source of phosphorus during crop growth cycle. Its high purity and water-solubility make MAP an ideal fertilizer for Fertigation and foliar application. MAP is suitable for preparation of fertilizer blends and production of liquid fertilizers.

TOP  RNZ Mono Potassium Phosphate -  KH2PO4 (MKP) – 00-52-34

MKP is a fully water soluble fertilizer, highly efficient source of phosphorus and potassium for plants. MKP is the preferred source of phosphorous and potassium where nitrogen fertilization should be limited. It is preferred source of P & K fertilizers at early stage for establishment of root system and also at the reproductive stages of crops growth as it helps to induce flowering. MKP can be applied in combination with other fertilizers to meet crop nutritional needs throughout the growth cycle. Its high purity and water-solubility make MKP an ideal fertilizer for fertigation and for foliar application. Additionally, MKP is suitable for preparation of fertilizer blends and production of liquid fertilizers. When applied as foliar spray, MKP acts as a suppressor of powdery mildew.

TOP  RNZ Water Soluble Sulphate of Potash - K2SO4 – 00-00-50 (WSSOP)

SOP is the most popular chloride free fertilizer containing essential nutrients Potassium and Sulphur in high concentration. It is used to apply chloride sensitive crops for meeting of Potash requirement. It is ideally suited for Fertigation and Foliar application.

Fertigation with SOP improves the uptake of potassium and Sulphate by the plant roots. It can be mixed with phosphates, Magnesium and Calcium fertilizers to prepare nutrient solutions with no risk of clogging of the irrigation system.

Foliar feeding with WSSOP results in higher and better quality of yields. It is free of harmful elements Free-flowing, fine crystalline powder which is fully soluble in water

TOP   Urea Phosphate

Calcium Nitrate - Solution Grade is fully water soluble granular fertilizer, a highly efficient source of available Calcium and Nitrogen for plants. Calcium is “quality nutrient” that enhances yield quality and prolong shelf life of the yield. Calcium is immobile in the plant; it has to be throughout growth season to maintain adequate levels in plant tissues and to ensure proper development. The Nitrate Nitrogen in Calcium Nitrate is readily absorbed by the plant and improves the efficiency of calcium uptake.

Chelates
Chelate is a special organic compound in which metal ions (iron, Zinc, Manganese and Copper) remains bound or clawed (Ligand). This prevents the conversion of these metals into insoluble compounds when it comes in contact with other compounds in soil or in the plant.
Metal ions are important minerals for plants. Their deficiencies result in yellowing of leaves, retarded growth and low quality crops. Therefore, metallic chelates are widely used in agriculture as micronutrient fertilizers to supply plants with Iron, Manganese, Zinc and Copper. The most common chelates used in agriculture are

  1. Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic Acid (EDTA)
  2. Diethylene Triamine Pentaacetic acid (DTPA)
  3. Ethylene Diamine Di-Hydroxy Phenyl acetic Acid (EDDHA).

Advantages of Chelated Fertilizers:

  1. Chelates are at least three times more effective than Sulphates in so far as uptake is concerned.
  2. Chelates are easily translocated within the plants, because unlike sulphates it is partly systemic.
  3. Because of its organic structure chelates are readily absorbed by roots and easily assimilated within the plant system. Example: In case of Zinc Sulphate, Zinc may accumulate in the soil when reacting with phosphate in the soil or in the plant. Chelated Zinc therefore does not get locked in the soil.
  4. Chelates can be easily combined with N-P-K foliar spraying or any other micro-nutrient without forming any insoluble precipate.
  5. Chelate can easily apply through drip irrigation along with other water soluble fertilizers.
  6. Chelates are also compatible with other agrochemicals.

TOP  Boron

Boron is one of the important essential micronutrients. It has the following functions and effects on plants:

  • Boron plays an important role in the pollination process of plants.
  • Boron has an effect on the metabolism of plants (energy processes of phsophorylation and dephsophorylation).
  • Boron is closely related to the activity of meristems, i.e. a plant tissue actively dividing cells forming new tissue.
  • Under Boron deficiency the activity and integrity of the outer membrane of the cytoplasm of root cells is altered in such a way that the absorption of phosphorus, chloride and rubidium is reduced.
  • Adequate Boron supply is essential for proper nucleic acid metabolism and also influences the incorporation of phosphorus into RNA and DNA.
  • Boron application can increase frost resistance in plants such as fruit trees and vines etc.
