We believe that all accidents are preventable and avoidable. RNZ’s HSE Management System fully complied with International standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
RNZ is pledged to:
- To provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury, ill health resulting from work activities.
- To eliminate hazards and Occupational Health and Safety risks.
- To provide protection of the environment, including prevention of pollution resulting from work activities.
- To comply with all applicable legal requirements of UAE federal/ The UAE labor laws/ international standards and other applicable requirements for its area of work.
- To facilitate consultation and participation of workers, and workers representatives, if any.
Emergency Response
We have a well-equipped emergency response team trained to cater the critical situations. An advanced fire control system along with emergency facilities and communication system are well in place. RNZ constantly strives to raise awareness among the employees and organize mock drills to keep everyone prepared for such unpleasant scenarios.
Green Initiatives
- Enabled technology-driven operations and a significant step towards enhancing efficiency, transparency, and satisfaction to effectively create a paperless process, along with the benefits and best practices for handling digital records
- Encouraged circular use practices such as the reuse of items and materials
- Implemented internal guidelines to reduce consumption resources such as waste, electricity, and water and encouraged use of re-usable items and recycling
- Significant strides in renewable energy and emission reduction by installing solar PV panels
- Electric forklifts make warehouses more sustainable by reducing emissions and resource consumption
