Ferrous Sulphate Hepta & Mono Fertilizer for Iron Deficiency Relief Ferrous Sulphate Hepta & Mono is an iron-rich fertilizer (20% Fe in hepta, higher in mono) with sulfur, used to treat chlorosis in crops like citrus, beans, spinach, and ornamentals on alkaline soils.
